?

Tutor Fiona Chaffey secured the places for the students to help at this popular exhibition. Students from the Hairdressing courses at the College will now get the opportunity to gain experience of working back stage at an event.

?

Fiona said "It will be give the students an insight into a different world and open up an alternative avenue into the hair industry in addition to working in a salon. There are endless opportunities and one is working back stage at events like this and being a sessional stylist. For the students it allows them to practise their skills in a pressurised environment but provide work for their portfolio and CV on leaving College and the opportunity to network with industry contacts."
